- Setup new Derrick customer accounts
- Initial point of contact for partners and customers
- Assess inquiries regarding Derrick’s products and services for proper routing
- Process quotes and purchase orders for replacement parts in a timely manner
- Provide accurate product availability and lead-times to customer
- Handle in-country shipments and provide pertinent shipping documents
